Driver And Van LTD always try to understand that client's plans might change when moving usually through no fault of your own, it is important you are aware that you may be charged a cancellation fee depending on how much notice you give us before the booking is due to start.

If client would want to get FULL refund, has to Cancel a booking more than FIVE (5) working days to go before your booking is due to start then you will be refunded any/all card payments made without delay.

If you cancel your booking within FIVE (5) working days or less to go before your booking is due to start you will not be refunded the 25% deposit (our Administrative or Cancellation Fee) If you have paid the full amount by card when booking you will be refunded 75% without delay.

If you wish to postpone / put back your booking we retain the right to hold any money paid unless you cancel at a future time, in this scenario the cancellation policy above will still apply.
